Todays balance 11/13
Wake up at 6. meditate 20 minutes. 20 push ups.
Back to bed till 9.
Make coffee with my friend. practice listening and sharing about recent el cap adventures.
Light fruit snacking.
Take a hot shower.
simple fruit smoothie.
Sauna Wim Hoff 3 rounds after reading a chapter of his book.
cold shower 2 minutes.
Throw on clean clothes, and start laundry.
play some guitar and piano.
Clean up car. plug in electronics.
Make todo list. Journal left handed.
Make a few phone calls.
Do some adjusting to pages of website.
Now blogging.
Listening to classical music.
Ill propbably hit town in a little after this to get some more to do list items done.
Im so grateful to have this blog and share with yall whatever this is. Its practice. Its self love. Its understanding. Its what it is. Ahhhhhhhhhh a nice big breath and back to the day.
