Through balance practices in the physical, mental, spiritual, emotional realms you will develop a new found freedom, comfort, and lightness in you body and mind and be better able to show up as you in the world.

Clayton Koob
Full of energy and curiosity from birth I was born and raised in the suburbs of St. Louis Missouri where I explored the woods, creeks, and natural areas as a youth. Living in the middle east during some of my formative years brought a profoundly deep sense of gratitude for all life, big, small, similar, and different.
After receiving a degree in natural resource recreation management, I have been taking my studies into my own hands. My curiosity and love for life has only intensified through the art of learning my own balance. My goal is to bring the essence of balance and awareness to all people I surround myself with.
I am in the second half of my twenties, and deeply motivated to make the most out of my life and experience as a whole here.
I want to share this motivation and passion with the world and love deeply and honestly.
I am guilty of being completely out of balance at times. It’s an ongoing process.
I want to learn with you, not just give you things to do or tell you what to do. I want to form a balance team.

I believe there is an attainable path towards personal growth and development in any area you chose, and that path is through balance. Part of balancing is learning to fail, something I have done uncountable times in basically every area of my life.
My favorite part of balance right now is, taking a deep breath and realizing Im an imperfect human who fails but can try my very best, and then act out of that space which is accepting and calming.
Why Balance?
I’ve been an extremist, bouncing back and fourth, life in chaos. I started to tap into the flow state the more balance I incorporated. I constantly work to center myself and stay balanced because it has brought so much joy into my life along with clarity.
